Alla is an AI real estate and investment advisor for Spain. She works like an investment analyst rather than a listings search: for any property, plot or deal, she puts together the full cost of entry — price, taxes, notary, registration, reform — a realistic exit value, and the risks that move either number.
She reads planning and cadastral data and looks the plot up in Spain's official Catastro; compares buy-to-flip against buy-to-let against staged strategies on the same asset; explains which taxes apply to your buyer profile and region; and writes a full feasibility memorandum when you ask for one. Her deepest expertise is the Balearic Islands, and national frameworks apply across the rest of Spain.
All of it already works in the browser at agentalla.com — nothing to install. Installing simply puts her where you work.
The app
Installs to your home screen or dock with its own icon, opens full-screen without a browser bar, and updates itself. Works on iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows.
Open Agent Alla- Open agentalla.com in Safari (this only works in Safari on iOS).
- Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow.
- Choose Add to Home Screen, then Add.
- Open agentalla.com in Chrome.
- Tap Install when it appears, or open the ⋮ menu.
- Choose Install app / Add to Home screen.
- Open agentalla.com in Chrome or Edge.
- Click the install icon at the right of the address bar.
- Confirm Install — Alla gets her own window and dock icon.
The browser extension
Puts Alla in a side panel next to whatever you're reading — a listing on idealista, a cadastral record, a contract — so you can ask about the page you're on without leaving it.

- Unzip the downloaded file.
- Open chrome://extensions (or edge://extensions).
- Turn on Developer mode, top right.
- Click Load unpacked and pick the agent-alla-extension folder from the unzipped file.
- Pin Alla to the toolbar and click her to open the side panel.
Developer mode is only needed until the Chrome Web Store listing is approved — after that it becomes a one-click install.
What the extension can and can't see
The side panel talks to one address, agentalla.com, and nothing else. There is no API key inside the extension — it stays on the server, exactly as it does for the website. What you type into the panel is sent there to be answered; that is the only thing that leaves your browser.
The floating orb is allowed to appear on any page so you can open Alla wherever you are, but it does not read the page. It draws the button and remembers where you dragged it — nothing about the pages you visit is collected or sent anywhere.
Your conversation is kept in your own browser's storage, not on our servers, and removing the extension removes it.
Requirements
Chrome, Edge, Brave or Opera, version 114 or newer — the side panel needs it. Safari and Firefox use a different extension API and are not supported yet. The app has no such limit: it installs from any modern browser on iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows.
This release
Extension 0.2.0 — first version with the live chat in the panel, conversation kept between sessions, and light/dark to match your system.
