You describe a property, plot, or deal, and Alla works through the full cost of entry, a realistic exit value, and the risks that could move either number — comparing strategies (flip, buy-to-let, staged hybrid) side by side instead of handing you a single ready-made recommendation.

No. Alla's replies are generated by an AI model and are meant as a starting point for your own research, not a final legal, tax, financial, or investment decision. Always confirm anything that affects money, contracts, or legal standing with a qualified professional before acting on it — see our Terms of Service.

Typical questions cover a specific property, plot, or deal: purchase and renovation cost, realistic exit value, rental yield and ROI, taxes (ITP, IVA, plusvalía, non-resident income tax), zoning and planning status, and comparing ownership strategies such as flip vs. buy-to-let vs. a staged hybrid.

Alla's replies are generated using Anthropic's Claude models. Your conversations are not used to train Anthropic's models, and information from one client's or agency's conversations is never carried into another's. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

There are two plans: Pro (€36/month) for an individual investor, and Group / Agency (€72/month) for an agency team, including an embeddable Alla widget on the agency's own site. See Subscription & Refund Terms for full billing detail.

New accounts start with a limited free allowance (currently up to €5 of underlying usage, tracked in euro-equivalent rather than a fixed number of days). Once that's used, you can top up manually, or turn on automatic top-up in your account settings.

Yes. Web subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account page — access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. App Store subscriptions are managed and cancelled through your Apple ID Account Settings.

All connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and access to account and conversation data is limited by role. ROILITY, S.L. is the data controller under the GDPR and Spain's LOPDGDD — see our Privacy Policy for what's collected, why, and your rights (access, correction, deletion, and more).

Only the minimum needed to run the Service: your message is sent to Anthropic to generate a reply, and billing data is handled by Stripe or Apple. We don't sell your data or share it with agencies or advertisers outside what's needed to run the Service you signed up for.

Alla launches focused on the Spanish market, but the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are written to travel with the product as it expands — first across the EU/EEA, and beyond as new countries are added.
